i would think that they would have the same toughness of bones because meat doesn’t contain any calcium in it, or anything that hardens bones at all. it has actually been proven that cows milk actually breaks down the calcium in your bones everytime that you drink it, so if you drink more milk than the average meat eater, then i would be able to see this happening.

i wouldn’t be concerned because at this day and age you can get calcium from plenty other sources, such as cheeses, yogurt, certain vegetables and of course supplements (calcium pills). you should consult a nutritionist and have him guide you on this. by the way, do you eat fish? sardines are a great source of calcium. sesame is also a great source, but its better when its ground into tahini - can make a great dip out of it as well as a sweet spread if mixed with honey.
