I know its a weird question but I’m a firm believer that milk is not good for you and causes things like heart disease and osteoporosis and causes children to be hyper and aggressive and not listen to their parents. There’s a lot of research that proves these things. So I thought of something on my own and I was wondering if anyone knows, can people with lactose intolerance have heart disease and osteoporosis? Because if they can’t drink milk,they must be really healthy since its bad for you…any thoughts?

But all people over the age of 60 have brittle bones to a certain extent. Does this mean that all people over the age of 60 have osteoporosis? Can somebody help me better

I had two servings of milk, half a slice of cheese (1 whole slice is 25% DV), a calcium supplement (40% DV), and am going to drink some hot cocoa later on tonight.
