The exercises are good, but watch your form when transferring in and out of the exercises. Flexion (forward bending of the spine) is contraindicated…meaning, that you should not get in and out of positions using a curl-up/roll-down, nor should you have the head floating off the floor with exercises such as the single knee to chest stretch. These positions could increase the risk of compression fractures to the thoracic spine.
