Sea vegetables are filled with easily digested calcium and have more calcium than milk or dairy products. Refined sugars and highly processed foods as well as dairy products actually leech calcium from the system, so you don’t want to eat any sugar or dairy product as it will cause a drop in your calcium levels. You can also supplement your diet with sunflower seeds that have been roasted and lightly salted with sea salt, or with sesame seeds which have quite a large amount of calcium in them as well. Make sure that you chew all food extremely well, 50 to 60 times per mouthful to get the greatest benefit.

Arame, and Hijiki have the highest concentration of calcium, but it is also present in large amounts in Wakame, and agar agar flakes. Agar agar flakes are used to make a gelatin like dessert, and the sea vegetables are normally included in Miso soup. I know that you can get these products in Asia, because they are native to the coastal areas and are used frequently in Chinese medicine. I certainly hope this helps and best of luck to you, my dear.
