I haven’t had my period in 3 months due to my eating disorder. I’m in recovery at the moment, but it’s hard! My grandfather is having more and more trouble lately getting shoes on. Even if he does get them on, he’s in a lot of pain after just a short time on his feet. He’s tried buying loose fitting shoes and shoe inserts, but it just isn’t helping enough. Please any advice would be appreciated.
Sorry, I’ll clarify. It’s not that he is unable to walk. It’s that the arthritis is causing his toes to sort of curl inward making shoes uncomfortable. He can walk fine. He just has trouble with shoes.

I think its because of the high meat and dairy consumption and osteoporosis is mainly caused because of this highly processed high meat/dairy diet. Is that true?
Its really rare in third world countries.
Just look at Scandinavian countries they have one of the highest rates of Osteoporosis and also consume tons of dairy/meat. I think its because of that!
