		<description>Yes its true.  Any caffeinated beverage or chocolate does the same thing.
Its the caffeine, it decreases the absorption of calcium, Vitamin D is needed to help calcium absorb as well that's why milk companies put it in milk.  But if you live in the South don't worry about getting vitamin D as the sun's rays does the same thing by providing Vitamin D.</description>

		<description>That sounds like it is true, try to limit coffee, if your drinking it everyday then you probably have some type of problem.
